Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your desired products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Select your preferred payment method and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@noovi.co.uk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?

Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £60. Orders below £60 will have a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.

How long will my delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (where available) takes 1–2 working days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

What couriers do you use?

We use Royal Mail and DPD / Evri to deliver your orders, depending on the size and weight of your parcel.
