Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 working days and issued to the original payment method.

Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a refund.
