When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of it. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a further notification with tracking information where available.
We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from our UK stock and delivered via Royal Mail and/or DPD / Evri.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to return any item within 21 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage.
